OCEAN CITY -- This summer it's been hot -- really hot.
And as the mercury soars, beachgoers are doing their best to stay cool. Luckily, the Atlantic Ocean is nearby and the area's resort towns have plenty of water attractions to keep visitors cool.
According to the National Weather Service, the area's average temperature as of July 22 was 82.1 degrees, 5.5 degrees above average. The average high temperature for the month was 91.7 degrees, with 13 days of highs above 90. ...
